COLLABORATE DESIGN

I am a freelance designer with a background in commercial office, health and aged care as well as a  huge breadth of experience in fit out. I have a strong track record from design development to project delivery. Highly skilled at producing documentation, technical information, specifications and supporting the design as well as taking a project through tender, onto site and to completion.

I have a good grounding of services and building requirements, enabling me to liaise effectively with consultants and contractors, if required. I also have extensive experience in both traditional and D&B contracts and their variations as well as PFI and other forms of contract.

Architectural, Design & Construction industry.

I can work independently, embedded into or leading a team and am effective at producing the right level of information without wasting  your fee or resource. I can engage with your project at any point during the design and construction process.

By engaging Collaborate Design, I can assist in specific tasks, like space planning or CAD mark ups or complete the design package or delivery phase, for example. There are a number of ways that I can engage with your company - either as a 'freelancer' or taking on an independent, specialist role.
