COLLABORATE DESIGN
I have over 17 years of experience in the design and construction industry. My skills encompass, and I have a good understanding of, all phases of the design and fit out process. I have a good track record working with all those involved in the process from the internal team, the consultants as well as the client and end user.
I particularly enjoy taking a concept through to completion and have a lot of experience with producing documentation, scopes and specifications. I understand the main forms of contract and, therefore, the levels of information required for each.
Having led and managed numerous projects, I understand the need for, and the challenges of, tight timescales, budgets and resourcing constraints and changes to the brief.
My experience means I have good attention to detail and with my strong industry knowledge as well as strong AutoCAD capabilities, I can very quickly put together the necessary information. I have lots of contacts in the Industry to help with particular detailing dilemma's, as well as for specifications.
Importantly, I can respond very quickly and I can be very flexible with timescales. I am completely set up to work from home and can either come into your office, site etc for meetings or we can use video conferencing to achieve the same end.
