• I have a vast breadth of experience in fit out within both the commercial and health sectors.

• I can work to urgent timescales and can be very flexible with my approach using my standard templates, CAD standards etc or yours. As I am working from home I can work long and flexible hours as needs be to achieve the results in the time available​.​

• I will protect the integrity of your core design and work with your designers to achieve their aims and aspirations. This has been one of my core aims throughout my career.

• With my experience and knowledge, I can turn around the work you require which ultimately may be more beneficial, cost wise, than doing the work in-house.

• Rather than taking a team member away from a current project, I can produce the work to the tight timescale.

​

• I can work in your office and/or at home and am set up to do so with AutoCad, Indesign etc. We can use your system to share files or we can set up a cloud based system on Box or similar.

​

• With my knowledge, I can add value to your design and sort out those knotty design, detailing and construction issues.

​

• I can liase with MEP, structural and contractors should you require and attend meetings as you need.

​

• I am fully set up as a limited company for invoicing purposes and we can agreed terms of payment dependent on the work you are looking for me to do.
