Stage 3 – Design Development

Developing the concept design with the client or end user.

Inputting into or leading (depending on contract type) co-ordinated and updated proposals for structural design, services systems, site landscape, outline specifications, cost plan and Project Strategies.

Working with the project manager to assist in the implementation of change control procedures, sustainability assessments and take any actions determined by the procurement strategy (as per RIBA work plan) as well as reviewing the construction strategy.

Stage 5 – Construction

Liaison with Contractors and other Consultants, as required.
