Stage 1 – Feasibility/Brief Taking and Space Planning

Stage 3 – Design Development

Developing the concept design with the client or end user.
Developing the concept design with the internal team.
Inputting into or leading (depending on contract type) co-ordinated and updated proposals for structural design, services systems, site landscape, outline specifications, cost plan and Project Strategies.
Working with the project manager to assist in the implementation of change control procedures, sustainability assessments and take any actions determined by the procurement strategy (as per RIBA work plan) as well as reviewing the construction strategy.
Medical room planning - user consultations and loading.

Stage 5 – Construction

Liaison with Contractors and other Consultants, as required.
Liasion with sub-contractors (sub contractor design workshops etc.)
Reviewing and commenting of shop drawings against design intent/package information.
Site review and snagging, as contract dictates.
As Built's.

Stage 4 – Technical Design

Developing the concept or design development through into information that can be built from.
Package Information (drawings, schedules etc) – iterations for tender documentation, construction information, employers requirements etc.
Scope of works.
NBS specifications.
Reviewing and coordinating consultants Information (predominantly architectural, structural, services and landscaping but also including other specialist consultants including risk consultants, fire, security, art, kitchen etc).
Building Regulations submission (and following discussions).
Finishes.
Furniture.
